Frequently asked questions

About working by industry

  • Why does it matter that you know my industry?

Because it changes what gets asked in the first meeting. A system for a council has to work on an old phone and be understood without a manual; one for a club has to survive a change of board every two years. That isn't in the technology, it is in the experience.

  • What if my industry isn't on the list?

These eight are where we implement most, but they aren't the only ones. Most underlying problems repeat across sectors: scheduling, stock, members, payments, service. Tell us yours and we will say frankly whether we have a track record in it.

  • Can you give me references from my sector?

Yes. Some clients are published in the case studies; others prefer not to publicise their internal systems. If you need references from a particular sector, ask and we will share them in the meeting.

  • Do you handle sector-specific regulation?

We work with the rules your company already follows: invoicing, regulator requirements, personal data protection. We don't set the regulations, but the system is built to respect them.
