Privacy policy
Qué datos te pedimos, para qué los usamos y qué podés hacer con ellos. Última actualización: 20/08/2026.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Brithers Industria de Software, registered at Falucho 1215, Río Cuarto, Córdoba, Argentina, is responsible for processing the personal data collected on this site. For any question about this policy you can write to contacto@brithers.com.
2. What data we collect
Only what you enter in the enquiry form: name, company, email address, phone, the chosen topic and the message. None of those fields is required except the name, the email, the topic and the message.
In addition, like any website, the server records the IP address an enquiry is sent from. It is used solely to limit automated submissions and prevent spam, and is discarded after an hour.
3. What we use it for
- Answering the enquiry you sent.
- Preparing the quote or meeting you asked for.
- Keeping a record of the contact for commercial follow-up.
We do not use your data to send you advertising you did not ask for, nor do we share, sell or rent it to third parties.
4. Who we share it with
With nobody, apart from the technical providers that keep the site running and who only access data as far as needed to deliver their service: the email service that delivers messages, the hosting provider where the site lives, and the Google services detailed in the next point.
5. Cookies and third-party services
The site uses its own session cookie, needed for the enquiry form to work securely. It cannot track you across other sites and is deleted when you close the browser.
- Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. They measure in aggregate how many people visit the site and which pages they view, to understand what information is missing.
- Google reCAPTCHA. It protects the form from automated submissions. Its use is subject to Google's privacy policy and terms of service.
- Google Fonts. It provides the typefaces the site is displayed in.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as the commercial relationship lasts and for any period the applicable law requires. You can ask to be removed at any time.
7. Your rights
You can access your personal data, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it. Just write to contacto@brithers.com from the same address you wrote to us from.
In Argentina, the Agency for Access to Public Information, the supervisory body for Personal Data Protection Law 25.326, handles complaints from anyone who believes their rights have been affected.
8. Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection. Enquiry data is stored on servers with restricted access and only the team answering enquiries can see it.
9. Changes to this policy
If anything here changes, this page and the date at the top are updated.
