About our own products

What is the difference between a product and a solution?
A solution adapts to how your company works and is implemented with your visual identity. A product already exists, is downloaded or bought and used as it is, with no customisation.

Can the products be customised?
No, and that is precisely the trade: it is why they are available immediately and cost far less. If you need something with your workflows and your brand, what you want is a solution or a custom build.

Do they cost anything?
The apps published on the stores are free to download. The business products (Premier Commerce, Mercurio, PRIO and the feedback collector) are paid for; ask us for a demo and we will send you the terms.

Why does a software company build its own products?
Because it forces you to use what you build. Your own product has to be maintained, updated and it receives complaints from real users, and that leaves lessons we later apply to clients' projects.

Is there support?
Yes. Published apps are updated regularly on the stores, and the business products include support with a named contact, just like the solutions.

Can you build a product for my company?
