Where to start
They call because something isn't working. These are the four most common situations and how we solve them.
Nobody has the definitive figure and decisions are made blind.
Un sistema con una sola base de datos, permisos por rol y tableros que todos leen igual.
The same data is entered twice and the same question answered twenty times.
Automatizaciones y asistentes con IA que resuelven lo repetitivo y derivan solo lo importante.
The phone is the bottleneck, and outside opening hours nothing sells.
Un portal de autogestión donde el cliente reserva, paga y consulta sin esperar a nadie.
Every change depends on a supplier who no longer replies.
Migración ordenada a una plataforma propia, con el código y los datos en manos de la empresa.
Solutions
The system your company needs is almost always already solved: each solution is a complete system, in production and with clients using it, that adapts to your operation and launches with your visual identity.
Customer-facing
«The diary lives in a notebook and the phone never stops ringing.»
An online diary with appointments, automatic reminders and no-show tracking, so patients book on their own and the front desk stops being a bottleneck.
Portals with private access
«Clients pay a subscription and the information is sent to them by hand.»
A public site with plans and prices on show, and behind the private login a market dashboard with indices, charts and up-to-date financials.
Sales and operations
«Orders come in through three different channels and the kitchen finds out last.»
Digital menu, QR ordering and your own delivery, all feeding one kitchen screen, with no commission per sale.
Training
«Courses are taught by video call and the material gets lost in the chat.»
Your own campus with courses, recorded classes, assessments and certificates, carrying the institution's identity and free of third-party platforms.
Membership management
«Nobody knows for sure how many members are up to date.»
Member register, fee collection, access control and communication with families, all on the same database.
Automation
«The team answers the same question twenty times a day.»
Assistants trained on the company's documentation that answer enquiries, draft and classify, built into the site and WhatsApp.
Our own products
Our own apps and systems, published and in use. Nothing to implement: you download or buy them and they work. They are the proof that we build software here, not just take orders.
Your shop's mobile app, published in minutes.
Sales, cash and inventory in one place.
Professional quotes in two minutes.
Industries
Twenty years working in the same sectors leaves more than code behind: it leaves knowing what to ask in the first meeting.
Government and councils
Public services, business directories, neighbourhood alerts and transparency portals.
Healthcare
Appointments, medical records, reminders and patient portals.
Education
Virtual campuses, enrolment, assessments and certificates.
Food service
Digital menus, QR ordering, your own delivery and cash close-out.
Retail
Online stores, inventory, price lists and loyalty.
Clubs and associations
Member register, fees, digital cards and access control.
Finance
Client portals, market dashboards and subscriptions.
Professional services
Scheduling, quotes, case tracking and invoicing.
How we work
Scope and price are fixed before the first line of code. After that, every stage ends with something you can see working.
Week 1
Discovery
A meeting with the people who will use the system. We leave with written scope, a fixed price and a launch date.
Weeks 2 and 3
Configuration
We start from a proven solution and adapt it: your workflows, your visual identity and your historical data migrated.
Week 4
Go-live
Training for the team, launch into production on our infrastructure and daily support during the first weeks.
Ongoing
Evolution
Support with a named contact, improvements planned quarterly and updates included for as long as the service runs.
Ways to work together
Most clients start with a ready-made solution and grow it. Tap any column heading to sort the table.
| Go-live | 2 to 4 weeks | 4 to 8 weeks | Depends on scope |
|---|---|---|---|
| Upfront investment | Low | Medium | High |
| Your own workflows | The standard ones | The main ones | All |
| Your own visual identity | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Integration with other systems | Basic | Yes | Yes |
| Client owns code and data | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Support with a named contact | Yes | Yes | Yes |
A 45-minute meeting is enough to know whether a ready-made solution exists or a dedicated build makes sense. Free and with no obligation.
Frequently asked questions
If your question isn't here, write to us: we reply within the working day.
What exactly does Brithers do?
We build software for companies and public bodies: management systems, portals, mobile apps and websites. We work in two ways: with proven solutions adapted to each client, or with dedicated development when the process is too particular to fit a standard product.
How long until it is up and running?
Between 2 and 4 weeks if we start from a catalogue solution, and between 8 and 12 weeks for the first usable version of a custom build. In both cases the date is fixed in writing during discovery, before we start.
How much does a system cost?
It depends on scope, which is why discovery is free: without understanding the workflow there is no serious figure. What we do guarantee is that after that meeting you receive written scope, a fixed price and a date, with no surprises mid-project.
Do you work with companies outside Río Cuarto?
Yes. The office is in Río Cuarto, Córdoba, and we have clients across the country and abroad. Meetings are held by video call and, when the project warrants it, we travel.
Who owns the system once it is finished?
Your company's: the source code, the database and the documentation. If tomorrow you want to continue with another supplier, you take it all. No tied licences and no hostage data.
What happens after go-live?
There is support with a named person who knows your system, plus improvements planned quarterly. The project doesn't end at launch, but when your team uses it without help.
