Terms of service
Condiciones de uso del sitio y marco general de la contratación. Última actualización: 20/08/2026.
1. Scope
These terms govern the use of the Brithers Industria de Software website, registered at Falucho 1215, Río Cuarto, Córdoba, Argentina. Browsing the site means accepting them.
2. What this site is
It is a corporate site: it presents the company's solutions and services and lets you request information. It is not a shop: nothing is bought or paid for here.
3. The information published here
Solution descriptions, go-live timeframes and features are indicative and based on previous implementations. The actual scope of each project, its price and its timeframe are defined in the written proposal delivered after discovery, and it is that proposal that binds the parties.
We reserve the right to change the site's content, the solutions catalogue and its features at any time.
4. Use of the enquiry form
- The data you enter must be true and your own, or you must be authorised to use it.
- Using the form to send advertising, unlawful or bulk content is not permitted.
- The site limits how many submissions come from one connection to prevent spam.
- Answering an enquiry does not in itself create any contractual obligation.
5. Intellectual property
The Brithers brand, logo, texts, design and code of this site are the company's property. Client names, brands and logos shown here appear for reference only and belong to their respective owners.
In contracted projects, the source code, the database and the documentation remain with the client on the terms set out in the signed proposal. Brithers' own tools and base components are licensed for use within the project.
6. Links to other sites
The site may link to third-party pages, such as app stores or clients' developments. We are not responsible for their content or their policies.
7. Availability
We take reasonable steps to keep the site continuously available, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. The availability of systems contracted by a client is governed by their own service agreement.
8. Personal data
How the data entered on this site is handled is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. In the event of any dispute, the parties submit to the ordinary courts of the city of Río Cuarto, province of Córdoba, unless the signed client contract states otherwise.
10. Contact
For any question about these terms, write to us at contacto@brithers.com or on WhatsApp at +54 9 358 15 4121966.

-
Can I buy anything from the site?
No. This is a corporate site: here you request information and leave an enquiry. Contracting happens through a written proposal.
-
Are the published timeframes a commitment?
They are indicative and come from previous implementations. The binding timeframe is the one in the proposal delivered after discovery.
